Refund Policy
Since Sawaari is a platform facilitating connections between users, our refund policy applies specifically to our platform subscription fees and not to individual ride payments arranged between users.
1. Subscription Refunds
Platform subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- Double billing due to technical errors.
- Unable to use the platform due to persistent technical issues on our end.
- Refund request made within 24 hours of the initial subscription, provided no rides have been booked or published.
2. Ride Disputes
Payments for rides are handled directly between the driver and passenger. Sawaari is not responsible for these transactions and cannot issue refunds for them. In case of a dispute, please contact our support team to report the issue.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. Previous payments are not prorated or refunded.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund for a platform fee, contact our support team with your account details and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 5-7 business days.
